The hotel had good location and was well situated near shops and convenience stores. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were decently friendly and helpful. The free wifi was also a plus and had a strong connection.
The hotel seemed quite outdated, and the furniture and fixtures were worn and torn. The breakfast was not very international, and had more Chinese dishes such as congee and stir-fry noodles.

That the ballroom seemed outdated and could use some renovation. I had a great experience at this venue and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Shaoguan.
